About the Opportunity-


We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces


Responsibilities-


  • Establish, understand, and promote brand guidelines for all the products and websites with best practices and standards
  • Create icons, logos, and website assets using Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects is a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in a range of interaction design, visualization, and rapid design prototyping tools. Like Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, research survey tools, and other design software tools.
  • Design Banners and infographics for Different In House management and Social Media
  • Work related to in-house designing- office space, merchandising, wall posters."
  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and developers to deliver an intuitive and human-centered solution
  • Conduct user research on various factors as needed like competitors' websites, user persona, and user journey of Latest trends and features, and evaluate user feedback
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, prototypes, and UI/Visual Design.
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Research at user end -A/B testing ,user-system interaction
  • Optimize existing user interface by creating Responsive designs on different devices such as Desktop, mobile tablet, and other devices.
  • Ability to decrease the load time to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Illustrate your ideas using storyboards, process flows, service blueprints, customer journey maps, and sitemaps
  • Awareness of current trends in business, design, and technology.
  • Maintain a log for all the designs created and can also be referred in future purposes
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
  • Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications


Requirements and skills-


  • Proven UI experience
  • Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
