To work on designing and implementing test plans to improve the quality of experience of the products. Working with the development team to debug code, and troubleshoot any issues with software code will be a recurring part of the job. Daily tasks would include working to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. The responsibility would be to find and report bugs and glitches to increase the satisfaction score of the customer.
1. Designing test plans/cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures

7. Reporting and documenting technical issues
1. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
2. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
3. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
4. Working knowledge of test management software like Trello/Asana, Knowledge of Selenium(Java)/Python and Bugzilla
5. A keen eye for detail, Excellent communication skills.
