About the Opportunity-
To work on both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with project managers, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Role:
1. Define the product strategy and roadmap which adheres to the vision of the company
2. To act as a leader within the company
3. Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
4. Work with external and internal parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
5. Be an expert with respect to the competition
6. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
7. Perform product demos to customers
8. Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
9. Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
10.Develop sales tools and collateral
11.Propose an overall budget to ensure success
12.Brief and train the sales team at regular sales meetings
13.Brief press and analysts and go on press tours
14.Work closely with the project managers and QA team to ensure the delivery and quality of the product going out
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
2. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
3. 2+ years of experience in a job in the MarTech/SaaS industry
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Technical background, with experience in project management
6. Excellent teamwork skills
7. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
8. Must be able to travel
