About the Opportunity-

To passionately find solutions that allow customers to use our products intuitively. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer. You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Role:

1. Set design requirements based on information from project manager, product manager and user research

2. Identify new product improvement opportunities

3. Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences

4. Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions

5. Coordinate with other design team members and managers to ensure consistent and accurate communication

6. Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences

7. Work closely with product team to suggest improvements for products and processes

8. Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

 

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wire framing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing

2. An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious

3. Excellent attention to detail

4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members

5. Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback

6. A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives

7. Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts

8. Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve

9. Creative problem-solving skills

10.Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
