Role and Responsibilities

  • Asset Creation and generation of dynamic email templates, Understanding the content and compliance matrix of design across channels.
  • Creative Analysis and testing
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of marketing KPIs across channels. Understanding of terms like ECPM, CPC, CPL, EPL, etc.
  • Set up and Manage Tracking Mechanisms: Work with developers & IT to implement new tracking tools and ensure they are working properly on an ongoing basis.
  • Planning, Scheduling, Managing, and Analysing, reviewing the performance of campaigns in order to gather information and insights for better Campaign Planning and Strategic decisions.
  • Standardised Reporting: Work with internal stakeholders to determine ongoing business intelligence needs in order to design, develop, and produce ongoing reports and dashboards to support the business.
  • Partner with the data automation team to define target list segmentation for campaigns while maintaining data hygiene.
  • Strong understanding of warm-up, data segmentation, and utilization, and understanding relevant reactor and data lake, etc.
  • Having knowledge of multiple (at least two) channels and setups to move to specialist, technical, or media planning track creating channel marketing strategy and process.


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of Intermediate level of MS Office and HTML
  • Comfortable with Data and Number
  • Experience - 3-4 Years, Team Handling Experience of min 1 year
